KAMHA Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY  

If a player registers and then decides not to play hockey, KAMHA will charge a $50.00 administration fee for any player who decides to quit prior to the season starts, or steps on the ice for tryouts or conditioning camp.   

After a player steps on the ice for tryouts or conditioning camp or the regular season starts KAMHA will withhold a $50 adminstration fee and an additional  $100.00 team fee for a total of $150.  

After November 30th there will be no refund.   

If a player is injured and cannot play, that player will be refunded on a pro‐rated basis. The $100.00 team fee and insurance fees paid to Hockey PEI will NOT be part of the formula and will have to be absorbed by the player. 

(A doctor’s note will be required for refunds due to injuries)
